These terms apply to your use of SEG Switcher at shrewd.club/solar, operated by Service Trades Ltd (company number 16683699), registered at Little Orchard, Littleworth Lane, RH13 8JF. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The free rate check tool

The rate check tool compares your details against a table of UK SEG tariffs that we maintain and verify from supplier websites. It is provided free of charge and without an account.

The results are informational only and do not constitute financial or energy advice. Tariff rates change; while we verify our rate table regularly, we cannot guarantee that the published rates are current at the exact moment you check. Always confirm the rate with your new supplier before switching.

We make no warranty that the tool is error-free, continuously available, or suitable for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the tool's output.

The £29 Switch Setup service

This service is not yet live. When it launches, the following terms will apply (and this section will be updated before the service accepts payment):

• We will prepare a completed SEG switch application form on your behalf, using the details you provide.
• We do not sign or submit the form on your behalf. You retain full control of the application. No letter of authority is required.
• The £29 fee covers preparation of the paperwork only. It does not cover the outcome of the application; we cannot guarantee your new supplier will approve it.
• Refund policy: see our Refund Policy page.

Full terms for the Switch Setup service will be published before the service accepts payment.

Intellectual property

The content and code on this site are owned by Service Trades Ltd. The SEG rate table methodology is published openly for transparency, but the software, branding, and copy remain our property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
