Refund Policy

This policy applies to the £29 Switch Setup service offered by Service Trades Ltd (company number 16683699).

When a full refund is available

A full refund is available if:

• We can't find a better tariff than the one you're currently on
• The supplier rejects the application for reasons beyond your control
• You cancel before we submit the paperwork on your behalf

When a refund is not available

Refunds are not available once the paperwork has been submitted to the supplier. This is because the administrative work has been completed at that point.

How to request a refund

Email info@shrewd.club with your name and order reference. We will respond within 2 business days and process any applicable refund within 5 business days.

Free rate check

The free rate check tool has no payment associated with it, so no refund policy applies.
